4 Corner Resources is looking for a Lead Developer to join their client in the Winter Park, FL area. This position is a remote role that requires infrequent visits onsite. To be considered, you must live within 50 miles of Winter Park, FL. The Lead Developer is a senior-level position requiring leadership experience.

Lead Developer Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic technical guidance to the development team, aiding in the selection of appropriate technologies and architectures, orchestrating the design and development of software components, and enforcing adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Oversee the management of the development team, encompassing recruitment, training, mentorship, and supervision of team members.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software by the team, encompassing comprehensive testing and debugging of code, as well as meticulous adherence to documentation and version control protocols.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and trends in software development, actively seeking out opportunities for innovation and integrating them into the development pipeline.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to facilitate effective dialogue with team members, stakeholders, and clients, adeptly conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 5 or more years experience using Java, C#, or another object-oriented programming language.
- 3-5 years experience with JavaScript
- 5 or more years experience using SQL.
- 1 or more years experience using Linux OS.
- 1 or more years experience writing and deploying applications in the cloud.
- React/React Native
- Experience in AWS, S3, SQS, SNS, RDS, Lambda, and Issue Tracking
- Up to $145,000 / year depending on experience
